3. 6x set skru = RM5
4. 1x gunting
5. 1x berus
6. kotak terpakai = free (belasah belakang mydin)

wrap seat = RM70

total = RM111

 

stock from bro farid boatman from klang.. graciass.. RM30/kilo is standard price.. if someone ask for more.. then u're not lucky.. can also get it from hardware.. fibre kit in a box.. RM30/300g..

use tape + board as mould base..

 

now put fibre sheet.. i used 3 plies.. cut fibre sheet according to the shape..

fibre sheet.. hardener.. fibre sheet.. hardener.. fibre sheet.. hardener.. mix in correct ratio.. if not.. jahannam.. that's why terpaksa buat lagi sekali.. perasan tape dah guna yang hitam.. tak tahu ratio boleh agak bila campur ade sedikit bubble halus..

2nd attempt.. weather mau panass.. baru cun.. kalau 2 3 jam tak mengeras lagi.. silap bancuh la tu.. hardener jgn terlalu banyak.. cepat keras.. susah nak bentuk.. cepat crack..

shape ni cut siap2.. kalau tak susah nak bentuk.. fibre tebal..

 

tepi grind bagi cantek..

sesudah wrap.. mix pvc.. buat kat kedai kusyen seks. 8, b.b.bangi.. jahit cunn..

sebab ekor cbx ni x straight.. tak cun masuk hornet tail.. simple brat concept dulu.. sayang body frame potong banyak2..
